Quality Control is the cornerstone of the company’s working philosophy. The quality policy implemented at the plant embraces:

• Raw Material Quality Testing
• Sample Testing
• Chemical Testing
• Instrumentation and Finished Product Testing
• Packaging Material Testing

Every end product undergoes stringent quality testing at different control-stages such as Raw Material Control, Sand Control, Pre-melt Control and Pouring Control. Samples are also tested for making and dimensional accuracy. Likewise, analysis of finished products, packaging material and other related materials also undergo strict quality control check-ups

At Model Steel Castings, we remain fiercely committed to provide quality castings that fully cater to the needs of our customers needs and are delivered on time. An efficient QC department also enables us to review gating and feeding systems and ensure that the castings produced are manufactured by the most cost effective route.

The quality control department is manned by qualified quality control professionals who ensure that the quality parameters stay true to international standards and are strictly followed at every level of the company.
